A conversion of an attached double garage to create a new large open plan kitchen area with sperate utility room. Which involved the removal of the garage door, installing required foundations, partial bricking up and supply and installation of a window. The removal of the steel beam which was supporting the floor of upstairs we achieved this by replacing each of the joists to a suitable size for the span. Fully insulated to building regulation standards, fully plastered with new a new tiled flooring throughout, and radiators fed from the existing central heating system, Including the installation of a client supplied kitchen.
