A conversion of a single attached garage to create a separate WC to the rear and additional living space to the front. Which involved the removal of the garage door, installing required foundations, partial bricking up and supply and installation of a window, new knock through giving access to the room from the hallway fully insulated to building regulation standards, fully plastered with new laminate flooring throughout, and radiators fed from the existing central heating system.
